    <description>The world has turned over to blogs, so I'll join in.  This blog is going to discuss sports to people who actually care about sports. I'm not going to discuss the NBA just because the NBA finals is on; I am going to discuss what makes sports sports. I'm going to tell the stories that should be told. I'm going to tell the stories that ESPN and other sports outfits don't have the balls to tell. I'll blog when I have a story; I'm not going to blog just for the sake of blogging. Also, I hate the term "blog." I'm writing articles. Don't expect short Gary Parrish-esque quips in here. I don't do that.</description>
